Thomas J. "Polak" Rynkiewicz

January 13, 1935 – December 6, 2025

Williamson:

Thomas J. "Polak" Rynkiewicz, 90, passed away peacefully on Saturday, December 6, 2025, at Newark Wayne Community Hospital.

Born January 13, 1935, in Luzerne, Pennsylvania, Tom was the son of the late Joseph and Mary (Golembeski) Rynkiewicz. He proudly served his country in the U.S. Army from 1957 to 1959, achieving the rank of Private First Class. Following his service, Tom graduated from RIT and went on to work as a machinist at Parker Hannifin in Clyde.

Tom was deeply proud of his Polish heritage. He was known for his love of card games and his skill at the pool table. He enjoyed Indy racing, football parlays and squares, and for many years cheered faithfully for his favorite team, the Miami Dolphins.

Affectionately known as "Polak," Tom is survived by his devoted wife of 68 years, Laura (Larkin); his daughter Laura "Toni" (Mark) Reynolds; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
